The Company will process the personal data you have provided or lawfully obtained by the Data Controller (“Personal Data”). In particular, the following personal data are processed:
2.1Data related to the operation of this site
The IT systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, the following personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols:

- the operating system;
- the domain name;
- the website addresses from which access was made;
- information about the pages visited by users within the site, the time of access, the time spent on each page, the analysis of internal navigation paths, and other parameters related to the user's operating system and IT environment.

The data processed for the purpose of carrying out personnel selection activities:
-name;
-surname;
-sex;
-date and place of birth;
-residential address;
-telephone number;
-email address;
- studies and expertise;
-curriculum vitae;
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
3.1Data related to the operation of this site
Browsing data are processed for our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the sites, monitoring their proper functioning, and obtaining statistics regarding their use (art. 6, para. 1, letter f of the GDPR).
3.2Data related to personnel selection activities
The Company will use the personal data you provide exclusively for personnel selection activities, aimed at possible employment/collaboration within the Company and its subsidiaries. The legal basis for processing is consent. Consent to the processing of personal data is optional, but if you refuse, in whole or in part, to provide the aforementioned data – or to consent to their processing and/or communication – it will not be possible to complete the registration process in the "Work with us" section and, consequently, to establish any employment/collaboration relationships.
4. Methods of data processing
The personal data collected will be processed using computer and paper systems according to the principles of correctness, fairness, and transparency provided for by the applicable regulations on personal data protection, safeguarding your privacy and rights by adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
5.Recipients of Personal Data
Your Personal Data may be made accessible, for the purposes previously mentioned:
-To Authorized persons appointed by the Data Controller;
-to qualified Third Parties, who assist the Human Resources Department in the recruitment/onboarding of candidates.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
6.1 Your personal data will be processed within the European Union and stored on the Company's servers, located in Italy.
6.2Data related to personnel selection activities
With reference to the personal data processed in connection with personnel selection activities, the Company, in the event of data transfer to Third Countries located outside the European Union, (i) verifies whether such qualified Third Parties operate in countries for which a positive adequacy decision has already been issued by the European Commission or (ii) negotiates appropriate data protection clauses with such Third Parties.
In the absence of an adequacy decision or other appropriate measures aimed at protecting your Personal Data in the event that the application involves a transfer of data to Third Countries, we inform you that these will be processed in your interest and on the basis of your consent expressed at the bottom of this notice pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 1, letter a).
7. Duration of processing
7.1Data related to the operation of this site
The data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing.
7.2Data related to personnel search and selection activities
The Personal Data subject to processing for the above purposes will be stored in compliance with the principles of proportionality and necessity, and in any case until the purposes of the processing have been achieved. Unless you request their deletion, they will be automatically deleted 12 months after the closure of the selection process for the recruitment/insertion for which you applied, or from any spontaneous application.
8.Rights of the data subject
At any time, the data subject may exercise, in relation to the data processing described, the rights provided for by the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, including the right to:
•receive confirmation of the existence of your personal data and access their content (right of access);
•update, modify and/or correct your personal data (right of rectification);
•request their deletion or the restriction of the processing of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or otherwise processed (right to be forgotten and right to restriction);
•object to processing based on legitimate interest (right to object);
•revoke consent, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before the revocation;
•file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority in case of violation of the regulations regarding personal data protection;
•receive a copy of the data concerning them in electronic format provided for the personnel selection service and request that such data be transmitted to another data controller (right to data portability).
